The Go: Fitness Coaching Program offers more than just workouts. Once you are part of our training program, a personal trainer will take you through:
- Fitness Assessment to determine your level of fitness.
- Setting achievable goals, and a plan on how to achieve them.
- Interval Cardio Program to hasten the results with remarkably less injuries.
- Nutrition program to teach you on the best nutrition practices.
- Regular goal assessments to determine the progress.
Our Personal Training Program is meant for people who need help in attaining their goals. Our personal training services are scheduled beforehand with trainer.
Group Training offers you the ideal option to work with a Coach, but with less cost and more motivational support.
- Fast F.I.T, Pump & Pedal, and B.Y.A. sessions.
- Sessions usually have 4-8 participants.
- Space is limited to allow for more attention from the coach.
- All workouts are scaled to your ability and strength levels.
- Increases core strength, balance, endurance, power and flexibility.
You’ll enjoy the motivation, and sometimes competition, of working with other members and friends, while burning fat and building muscle tone will sculpt your body like no other.
